• Shipping and receiving hours are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
• Our shipping and receiving doors are located backside of the facility with access from Rainham Ct.
• Shipping and receiving, please use door 7 and 8.
• Ground level doors available if required.
• It is strongly advised that all transport companies confirm availability of import shipments prior to dispatching trucks to the facility.
• All export shipments delivered to Five Star Terminals must have a booking and or contract number
• Canada customs sufferance bond: 497-CW-893, Sub Location: 4407
